Default Outdated spell files after install plus overwritten patch 53

Linux, fresh install. I downloaded "Project 1999 Patch Files (V53)", unzipped it and overwrite the files in original install.

But after I log in for the first time, there is a msg, that my spells are outdated. Is there any other file I need to DL, extract and copy into installed game?

I think I know what fixed it, found tip in Linux guide on this forum. Linux differentiate between lower and higher case, windows does not. There were two *.DLL files in game folder. One, with big letters from the patch and original one. I deleted original one, and renamed patched one to match original and this is what I think fixed my "old spells" error msg.
