Very odd Unknow error to join server

Just happened to me today. One of my account shows the often login server error message "An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server". Thought login server is having problems. However, I tried other accounts, I was able to login just fine. Went back to the first account, still the unknown error.

Tried restart computer, restart router, nothing helped. Asked a friend who lived in the southern part of US. He can login just fine. Asked a friend who lives in the Northern part of US. He can't login. in the mean time, all my other accounts are fine.

Even tried having friend be on the account, and I tried to login to it. Didn't even give me the "you have active character" error, but the same old unknown error.

Any ideas what can be causing this?
