I see zero toxicity from Detoxx, zero slander towards Riot, and just a great offer to the rest of the server.

Irrespective of the motives, the effect is undoubtedly a win for the smaller guilds that Riot leadership has (allegedly) being championing.

Aftermath was accused of being the proverbial blocker of any harmony on the server. Here you go. It's not a bluff.

Let's hope Riot's hypocrisy doesn't prevent this one from going through.

Where was this willingness to leave mobs for the last 4 months when there were pushes to leave mobs for the rest of the server? He was 100% against rotations on anything until he started losing mobs to better players.

He's doing this because his guild is not competitive and he's leaving the server. Sorry you're buying into the bullshit. Also there's no way that Detoxx typed that by himself.

Unfortunately, Riot can't respond in that forum because no one in Riot has access to the Raid Forum. I suppose the UN channel, where Riot started the conversation earlier tonight, and months ago, is where it'll have to get hashed out.
