2 box max and players only being able to participate on the box via 2 accounts. A lot of the emu problems like stablequesting come from players not needing to worry about subscriptions and placing each of their 8 toons on a separate account. We've all done it and enjoyed the perks and should be able to face that it fucks up the game. It's an exploit of a free product. The game was designed so 1 account can hold 8 toons. It's a lot easier to act a fool/exploit when a ban only appies to 1 character.

Died on toon one, two, and three? switch accounts, save res timer. rinse repeat. Multiple accounts is probably the most unclassic and least talked about problem that RoZ/Red share. On both boxes the way to combat the winning team becomes how many accounts can 5-10 players share and camp out and in some whacky spot.

Allow one time character migrations for those that have toons on diff accounts and if further actions is needed enforce some level of IP/Mac address associations per account. Of course something like that would have to be well thought out, specially for those with dynamic ip plans. Just sayin tho

meh, depends on what identifying resources are available to the staff and if they'd be inclined to implement a system where those wanting to play have to make a one time submission for access.


The RoZ staff was already willing to oversee this kind of thing when they were making sure to only give away 1 lvl 46 toon to peoples.

These ideas are more for a new server and to get some root cause conversations going.

You do realize that the fundamental issue with RoZ is it’s not Everquest. It’s customized for pvp and for the likes of pvp vets who have no interest in a real grind or journey. What locks people up is that time investment that as a player you get to reap the benefits later on. For myself was sacrificing tons of play time in the beginning to be able to demolish future red players in crushbone and mistmoore.

The journey locks you in. The building you char little by little while pvping over Craig spiders and bat fang earrings is way more fun than fully geared tov zoneline guild to guild combat. Sure after your char grows you move towards the bigger pvp fights but without the many little fights on your way up you just have a server full of vets and farzo’s...

The short version of this post is I am sorry RoZ is a custom shit box. Enjoy your free lvl 46.

Hacktually....Dargons on Blue are contested way more in a PvP (GvG) sense then they were ever on Red. The way Blue guilds engage rooted Dargons and adpated to changes have been impressive to see/participate in.

Red99 100% the more Blue server with only ever 1 guild killing Dargons - there's maybe 10 noteable times where guild on guild Dargon fighting happened in Red99s entire history.

Red99 guilds like Nilly, Apex, Empire were full of washed up blue converts looking for an easier pixel run, but no shame in that, was an intelligent thing to do to see ToV raid zones etc.

Takes 500% more skill, and determination to kill Dargon's on Blue then it ever did on Red as most Red99 guilds were 80% warmbodies, where as on Blue you need to be quite a bit more active as a whole guild to be sucessful.

Also say hello to your Grandma if you still live with her.
