Crashing over and over

I’ve been constantly going LD the past few days almost unplayable
I’ve got the latest patch and even reinstall ed the patch

If anyone has any ideas would appreciate a fix

I’m getting a message in log file that says

Rule out a connectivity issue - use your cell hotspot or something.

Do those timestamps match up with when your client crashes? Are you crashing, or just going LD? Any details about your install? Do you use dgvoodoo2, eqw, or just a vanilla install?

I just reinstalled and rematches and all is well except when I got to camp out it sometimes crashes

I remember a long time ago someone told me about changes permission on some file and that solved the issue anyone know about that??

Crashing on camping / zoning is usually resolved by setting compatibility mode on eqgame.exe to xp sp2 or sp3.

Also, don't install under program files - just like it says in the "Getting Started" guide.
