City zones, arena, NK gypsy camp, etc. Narrow it down some, antonica is only the largest land mass in eq.

East freeport near the zoneline. Eastern Wall, follow shore to oasis. Safest too. Just dodge the barbarian camp, but they're vendors/low level.

The gypsy camp in Oasis should work no? Or is it only the gypsy camp in NK that works...

No. Gypsy camp in oasis is extremely unsafe as well.
