Sharing accounts should be bannable

Just collect your own cracked staffs and don't let anyone else touch your cracked staff and your cracked staff will remain firm and pure.

I don't think they banned account sharing in 99, but it was at your own risk for sure. Up to the GM how lenient they were feeling that day. They had a lot of discretion.

I'd love to get rid of it here to ditch the guild bots but I think it'd be tough to enforce.
