Login issues-1st Time on p99
Hello all
i'm having an issue where i enter my credentials login, then select blue server and i'm immediately booted back to the login screen. I downloaded the patch unzipped it then dropped in my eqp99 game folder. Any suggestions would be welcomed I'm eager to get playing. thank you

I am having similar issue. After I login and select my server is acts like the game wants to load, I can even see the game cursor, but the game never actually loads and it just stays on a black screen. I have already fooled around with different resolutions, but no dice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you two tried running it in compatibility mode? No guarantees but its something else to try.
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I had the same issue a few years ago on a different PC, but the same files/install on another PC worked just fine and I never figured out the difference (both win10).

i had the same issue and seemed related to multiple cores and AMD products .. and probably because of the custom .dll preventing core assignment on p99
no eqclient.ini resolution/window/other fixes worked if compatibility mode doesn't work, nothing will~

@Xben I see similar issues when my processor is clocked to 4+GHz. When I underclock it I can get in, you might want to check to see if you can under clock and if that works for you.

overclocking and other fixed integers in the amd tool didn't do anything either so that may not be a panacea
