I really should have worded this better. I need someone to escort me to Phinegal room and engage him or otherwise pull the room (planned raid most likely). I just want to come with and loot dem bones on the south side.

If you are a Paladin trying to do the divine might quest... you could DA yourself (Level 55 spell), swim down, loot the bone, and use WC Cap to instant port yourself to WC.

If you aren't at a level where you can cast DA,

You could buy a Shiny Brass Idol, DA yourself, swim to bone, loot the bone, click WC Cap.

You get 18 sec to do this so... if your swimming is good, you should be able to loot it before it wears off.

Around 200p to recharge the cap and 500p for the Idol... so its 700p investment.

Not a bad idea. I'm 51 so I wouldn't have natural DA. Seemed easier to just offer some plat to get dragged along a Phinnu raid, but maybe he's less sought after than I expected.
