Default Suddenly, cursor hover shows no spells or gear info

Out of the blue, after years of play, when i hover the cursor over spells or gear, nothing shows. Did I misclick something? Any help appreciated.

Make sure you reboot (not shutdown) at least every 24 days:

I don't understand the difference between rebooting and shutdown/restart. I mean I do shutdown/restart every day at least 1x. Did not fix.

Never realized shutdown then restart differed in any way from letting the 'puter restart.

If you go into power options and click on "choose what the power buttons do" you can disable the fast startup option. That will make shutdown behave the way it used to.
