NPC Spawn Issue: South Ro AC not spawning

There's been a stretch of about 4-5 (real time) days now that the Ancient Cyclops has not spawned in South Ro, sometimes when looking on tracking, a placeholder won't even spawn, sometimes they will, but no AC for days now. Other players have noticed this as well, within the course of 24 hours you'll normally get at least 1 or 2 spawns. Could be a string of abnormally bad rng but seems something is not working properly.

Also noticed a few times while running through and checking that no PH even spawned on track; was odd. Not sure if it was maybe adjusted without notice maybe or if the spawn cycle got bugged.
