Missing Target Name/Health Popup

On one of my toons, if I target an NPC or player, the target popup doesn't appear anywhere that shows the name and health of the target. Anyone know how to get it to pop up again?

Toggle for the Target window is Alt-T, does that bring it back?

Yes it did! Thank you, that was driving me crazy. Do you know where I can find a list of these toggle functions?

If you open the Options (Alt-O), theres a Keys tab and you can change the category drop down to UI and you'll see a list of hotkeys for each window

I like to unbind these so I don't accidently close important ui elements.
