Game crashes every time I zone. Blue Server

Logon in felwithe up at the mage guild, hit the zone to go to the bank, game crashes. 10 minutes later can log back on after no servers appear in server select and it tells me I have no characters on blue server. 10 minutes later and I have my characters back, go to zone through to Gfay, same thing. Internet is 210 Download, 50 upload.
Now i'm back to square 1 again where it cannot find any servers in server select. Suggestions, Helpful comments, Updates?

I wouldn't worry about your internet speeds, i'd worry about latency (ping to 8.8.8.8 under 100, like always under 100?). I tried playing on a 4G hotspot once and had similar, but more sporadic, instances of crashes and no servers being listed.
