Default Best Rogue combo pre epic

Hi guys just wondering what the best MH and OH combo pre epic are for a rogue. I have been getting conflicting reports about weapon damage vs ratio for main hand as to which is more important and for offhand as I understadn it the most important thing is pure ratio right?

Horn of hsagra and blade of Carnage or sceptre of destruction?

Exquisite velium spear and hammer if you want to spend under 100k

Serpents tooth/frozen shard and sebilite croaking Dirk if you want to spend under 10k?

Cheers! So croaking dirk goes offhand as is superior to EoN? Kinda in the 10-20k budget here.

EotN is well known as one of the most over priced items in game for its usefulness. Other items with same or better ratio go for cheaper.

Winter's fury a little bit better offhand, no?

So this seems that ratio IS more important than weapon damage for primary hand?

If 10-20k is good, then you could consider Heavy (or Barbed) Velium Spear plus another 12/21 Velium weapon (Massive Velium Battle Hammer, Exquisite Velium Warsword, etc.)

Frozen Shard or Lath + Winter's Fury or SCD is good bang for the buck tho.

Just as an example, 13/27 > 12/24 for rogue due to BS dmg. Especially if you aren't 50+, the damage bonus isnt the highest just yet.

But no matter how you cut it, some primary thats like 10 dmg or less will be extremely shitty for rogues.

Buy some weapons and parse it yourself. You're probably not going to get a definitive answer on pre-epic rogue dps due to the ease of leveling a rogue to 60, obtaining an epic, and how quickly low level trash mobs die. The distance to the finish line is short for rogues.
