Lord Nagafen not using his lava aoe
Last time we killed Nagafen he did not use his fire based aoe once. I was paranoid about my fake and noticed that even though he was doing his fear he did not use his 500DD aoe. My entire group took no damage throughout the fight and we were a bunch of melee.
