Question for those Plane of Sky knowledgeable, Trying to improve the wiki.

Plane of Sky Quest rewards get 'buffed'?
And during which Era does this happen? (Hole Era?)
Do all PoS quest rewards have a buffed version?

The following quest rewards have been upgraded. If you have the old version, you will need to hand it in to the same NPC you obtained it from to get the new item:

Wu's Tranquil Fist -> Wu's Fist of Mastery

I still need to know if Hate Era is when the select sky items are buffed so I can add that note.

Are the items retroactively changed, or only for quest reward changed at patch?

If it's the latter, you definitely want to wait for some items, and some items you definitely want to do now so you can get the 1st and 2nd versions of them.

From what I understand based on the way it was handled on blue. You can turn in the pre-buff item to the quest npc to receive the buffed version.

Most (all?) of the buffs happened several months after the release of Velious.

Who ever rated this not so good is brain dead, it has ok ac and good stats for a back piece AND it gives Regeneration. I would love to have this and only need one more piece for it. The fine velvet cloak. And even though it only has 5 charges it doesnt negate the ok ac and good stats.

This is a complete peice of trash. Regen, if a static effect MIGHT make it worth trying for this, however since it is charged it is completely worthless... 6 ac is laughable for a plane item.

I was reading over on rangers glade. this thing has been updated. Now has clickable 40% haste, same ac as before. Can anyone confirm? Also what mobs drop the quest peices. Dificulty in quest? Never even wanted to goto sky , but now....hmmm see ya up there.

Today's update includes several new plane of air rewards as well as new items from Plane of Mischief, Dragon Necropolis and Siren's Grotto.

In other news I wanted to remind everyone that all servers go down at 3AM this morning for a patch. Speaking from an SK perspective, not all but most rewards got buffed. Amulet of the sphinx eye became sphinx eye amulet. Crimson ring of the djinni was originally crimson djinni ring, obtenebrate mithril guard was obtenebrate metal guard. Blood sky faceplate and peqrlescent pauldrons were unchanged I believe. Khylorn was Rheumguls. They changed after Kunark release I believe but I don't have evidence of when that actually occured. Some of the original rewards are hard to trick down from quick Google search
