I keep hearing this, but no one seems to have any details. Could you please explain to me how exactly trade deficits and the renegotiated NAFTA will fund this wall? All the articles i find, including from fox news, can't seem to explain it.

Hey, when Trump said Mexico will pay for it, he clearly meant "the change in net ratio of ammortized imports will offset construction resouce output over 10 fiscal years"
