I need that ui hoku! I didnt know the classic could hold multiple chat windows!!!

Ive tried copying my Velious UI folder and renaming it to Velious Updated and then extracting the file in this link and copying it into the UI folder and overwriting the old file and then loading the Velious Updated UI but the player window still looks the same. Any suggestions?
