Default Hail! I want to play again, what PC needed?

Haven't had a computer for awhile, but I really really want to play some EQ so... Will any new PC run this? I kind just want to go to Walmart and grab a cheap laptop..

Any advice would be appreciated, sorry if this is a dumb question -_-;

The game can run on a computer built in the previous millennium. Think about that for a sec. haha. Anything from this decade should do, lol! In all seriousness, look for a computer with a dedicated graphics card and a few gigs (4 minimum) of ram. If you find yourself with a graphics card and 8 gb of ram and still have more money look for a solid state hard-drive.

Good luck

My laptop cost me about $500 almost 4 years ago and it plays this without any issues.

I bought a cheap netbook as I needed something mobile last year... no dedicated graphics card but it plays P99 fine (except for in a 50 man raid setting where the frame rate drops quite a bit during pulls).

This has mixed results, as zoning is very much about internet/ping more than computer processing power. I personally switched to SSD and saw zero difference in zoning speed, but know of some people who can zone in a couple of seconds.
