Heres a good resource. You can click on Secondary and then sort by AC you should be able to find the shields that are usable by an SK. Find one with stats that you're looking for, click it to see where it drops. That should help you determine the general worth of the item.

Although in my opinion
http://wiki.project1999.org/index.ph..._Battle_Shield Is what you should look for. I remember on live they were only like 100-200p, despite the awesome stats, because they drop so often and people are in there all the time.
