Beetle eyes working right?

Playing a dark elf shadow knight, level 7 on green. Been killing some flame beetles in between real blue mobs to turn in the beetle eyes for a pretty good experience bump.
Not sure if there was a cut off for turning in the quest or if it was only repeatable for a certain number of times but it’s not working anymore.

Apparently they went through and revamped a bunch of the exp turn in quests to be more in line with there live classic values. Dont know if fire beetle eyes was one of them, but ya, it might've changed.
