Default one char crashing on pc

Hi
I have one char on my account that freezes about 10 seconds into logging on my pc
all my other 3 chars log in fine except this one
he is sat in west commons and after logging in to the zone client freezes and I have to close with task manager but if i open with my laptop then he is fine and client works ok

I have even taken another char to west commons to see if its the zone but they were fine as well

Has anyone else had an issue that affects only one char ?

All chars use the same settings and the same UI (velious style) files on both pc or laptop

any help appreciated as I do not really want to play on my laptop would rather use the pc

Regards
Chris

You have a chat box too small that causes the client to freeze. If you are fast enough you can reset your UI from the options or if you know the box that is too small you need to resize it. I don't know the exact smallest size, but it seems as long as the height is enough for a full line of text or even 2 lines and a few words wide it should work OK.
