This would be a fun mob to pursue, if we could be sure he would even spawn. Like the AC in SRo, I've always been intrigued by rumors of various ways to get such rare spawns to pop.

Where oh where has my little Bilge gone? I suppose there's a chance he's been stealth fixed, but someone should have seen him by now. Are we ever going to see Bilge and Pyzjin fixed?
