You start to realize after 20 years that the eq devs had a perverse incentive to design classes that they personally wanted to play.

Like "hey dont look over here, I'm making a class that's good at everything. What are you working on frank?"

Most excellent. I have been playing a version of that I call healthbar whack-a-mole. I play a cleric.

It was one guy that did most of the design. And he based everything off the enchanter spell book [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
