Harm Touch on Green
Every time I use Harm Touch it always takes WAY more than 72 minutes for it to reset.
IE I use it, button immediately pops up but says it's cooling down or something... that seems right. However I will log and come back the next RL day and the button will be stuck down, this is definitely 72 minutes since the last time I logged on. If I try to use it it says the ability isn't ready yet. Sometimes, it will reset while playing, sometimes I have to log out for a day and then come back. Zoning doesn't reset the button, haven't tried dying yet... Is this right? | ||

The cooldown doesnt change when you are not in-game. So you have to play 72 minutes to use it again. Harmtouch also resets on death. Same applies to Lay Hands
