Arrow How to: Install HD Textures

Hi folks,

I've got a new video out on how to install HD textures for your EverQuest install using files found at Welgrim's site. Additionally, there is a comparison portion of the video as well.

You can view "HD Textures - Make EQ Sexy" here.

You can go straight to those files at Welgrim's here.

As usual, feedback and corrections are appreciated.

Thanks for the video! Was tryin to get a better look at the hd textures.

I might be too old, but I rarely see any difference between the textures, besides some added sharpness haha.

Wonder if anyone will make a complete overhaul of the textures, like minecraft mod packs. Imagine playing EQ classic with a completely new texture set.

Anyway, thanks again.

Wish there was an image album too!

Hi Loiterius, I've been really enjoying your posts (though tbh I've not actually checked out your vids yet!)

I love that you are doing some p99 tutorials - this was something I was considering a few weeks a go and am glad you beat me to the punch!

You have a great attitude of sharing knowledge and willingness to learn. Keep it up!

Thanks Jim! I’m happy to collaborate on topics too. I’m sure you have a lot of tips and tricks I am not aware of.
