Server question/Ip Exemption

Trying to figure out which forum to post this in. The rules didnt clearly state it and if it did, I'm sorry I missed it.

How do you figure out if the ip exemption went through? I got the temporary IP ban when my wife and I were playing last night and Im just confused cause we put in the request awhile ago and it hasn't been an issue until last night. She logged on to help me real quick and then when I tried to log in BOOM temp ban.

We really are trying to follow the rules. Anyone who has successfully done this able to explain it to me. Thanks guys love this server so much!!

They will reply to your petition for IP exemption. Do not reply/bump it or the system will put you back to the bottom of the queue. Just be patient, they will get back to you.
