Should make the outdoor fear dragons doable without a zerg of 60 and even then have it be sketchy

klandi was sketchy at best even with 60, thing was a fucking beast because of that stupid fear. be sendin in rogues with just daggers to get to 8% to flee, barely keepin regen out of the way. was either a easy win, or a shitty win or a try this another day.
