That said I buy organic oats and there's only one ingredient. It's like the only food that doesn't make me really sick.

You can buy a whole chicken and prep it yourself making stock and smaltz from the bones and scraps. Add in some oats. And collards. Or something else green and organic or homegrown and you can pretty much eat for a whole weak on $20 really healthy food. That's pretty expensive tho and doesn't account for fuel.

I bought a crappy chicken for $11 and Iiterally got 14+ servings of protein out of it.

Rice and beans are another great staple you can stretch out a long way and keep fine without preservatives.

man it's getting really hard to find anything and they feed the animals the drugs now so u got to be careful when u buy that whole chicken its fucking crazy and i say this recovering from a crash where i went from 146lb in march 14th, 2019, 8:02pm and then up to 239 in 2021. Due to illness which triggered a serious suicide attempt.

i'm back down to 210 and holy shit.

You are not a victim

take your food back

gain control over your food

that is #1 priority Americans. I will never stop saying this.
