Default Half-Ass Hits

My level 48 SK is using a Mith 2 hander (22 damage), yet is still landing very crappy melee hits quite often...hits for 1 point of damage, 4 points of damage, 6 points of damage, etc, etc....and this is on light blue-dark blue mobs I'm talkin....
I don't ever remember doing this shitty with melee damage on blue cons back on live EQ, and never remember this being much of an issue on here. I usually fight specs, and have not noticed this till recently. Anyone else been noticing a change in their melee damage? Same thing is happening with my monk, i'll post some screenies sometime in the near future

Well fucking Grandiose. Trumpets and horns and clarinets. Mardi Gras. Nobody else is having an issue like this? Landing melee hits for 1 point of damage? Doing less melee damage than usual? Hitting for half the normal melee damage you normally do? Looks like I'm heading to petition, I must be bugged.....
