As I logged my alt, I noticed his hp were full so equipped my 5/55 rings, and wtf? they actually increased my total hp instead of only my max hp (as it should be but never before as it actually was here.) Has p99 actually incorporated that bit of classic EQ? I coulda sworn that just minutes earlier they still working in the not classic only increase the max hp fashion (so smart player equips before using bind wound, and swaps back to jagged bands after) just as it has since I first played here.

Or was it just the crappy lag been seein a lot of lately so client was doin the real eq thing but p99 server hadn't gotten around to doing its bullshit before I logged?
