Rooted dragons and ranger damage
Rangers get double bow damage currently on all non rooted targets. A consequence of rooting dragons in ToV is that rangers lost their ability to deal double bow damage on the rooted targets. This severely limits rangers ability to do range damage on the majority of ToV dragons.
I'm not asking for unrooted dragons, and if rangers have to live with this I'm cool with that, just wondering if this is unintentional, or just an unfortunate thing we have to live with.

The rooted meta really crippled rangers dps output on dragons. Definitely needs a rework to make rangers effective again.

Just make mobs have 360’ front arc while rooted. Fair and balanced!

Let's be honest if you're bringing a ranger to dps on raids you're already failing.

Its not just for raids its all rooted things u cant get double dmg on. So when soloing or anything that is rooted not just ToV dragons.
