Mob warping during swarm

Alright I don’t know if it’s an issue on my end, or a common problem other bards might be able to share some insight in. I have two Bards, one on blue, and a new one on Green. I started swarming with both at level 2, and never had any issues with my blue Bard, and didn’t seem to have issues on my green one until recently. At level 30 I went to OT, swarmed really fast to level 38 with no issues. Then suddenly over the last few days, mobs are warping really bad during the kite. They’ll seemingly teleport into melee range, even if they’re not in screen. I’ve been fighting with it constantly and still managed to get to 44 with tons of dying (still super fast). I thought maybe it was just an issue in OT as I’d never had the issue before, but I decided to move to dreadlands because I was sick of it, and it has happened to me twice there as well.

My connection speed is fine, I’ve tested it repeatedly. I can’t figure out why I’m suddenly having this issue after over 80+ levels between both Bards. Is this something anyone is familiar with? I noticed there were no more bards in OT.
