Excellent film.

I absolutely abhor spoilers, so you won't find any of those here.

This movie proved to me that the film industry is, without a doubt, devoid of new ideas. The Man From Earth delivered thought-provoking entertainment without the need of any special effects, overpaid muppets, or cookie-cutter plots.

Ok, this made me want to watch this movie a lot, so I obtained it and did so. I totally agree with the second sentence here, but I don't see how this movie obviates Hollywood's lack of new ideas. I agree with that statement, but I was expecting something that reinforced that agreement, and I didn't see it. Please explain.

GREAT fucking movie, everyone should watch.
