I used to run half’s fairly competitively, my best was 1:30 so 7:30 min/mile. That was ~ top 10%. I also happened to weigh 170lbs back then

Here’s my practice time for the 5k from 3 days ago. And here’s my current build (just waking up in the morning) at 220lbs. I plan to get my time down to about at least 7:40ish before the race Oct 2

It’s hard for me to run even a half-marathon anymore at all at my weight. That’s a lot of weight on my joints

When anyone here can get as big as me or as fast as me then let’s talk, ok?? So far Homesteaded is as fast, that’s it. DL runkeeper and get to it
