Default Cannot See Target Error While Standing Next To Target

I am unable to attack multiple mobs in West Karana such as brown bears and lions at random locations because I am getting the "Cannot see Target" error message, even when I am standing right next to them. This has happened on at least three MOBS that I have tried to engage. Lag is at 141ms, so shouldn't be an issue.

To clarify, this bug is happening on MOBS that are standing still, not on moving MOBS. Yes it is a contradiction in terms.

i have had the same issues in Frontier Mountains with newly spawned mobs. Frontier Mountain Named Cycle mobs both nameds & PHs

Edit: It seems that the mob location is not updated frequently enough, i have seen them pop up a good trek away from the "ghost/can not see your target", specially newly popped mobs.

edit2: It has become Much worse with the latest patch V31 ( Jan 18 2014 ), i rarely had this problem prior to this patch in Frontier Mountains.

Resolving due to age and seemingly patch specific temp issue.
