What is the resist rate of Lifetaps vs. Raid targets?

It's been a few years since I've played on p99 and I know necromancers have undergone several changes since then. I know years ago lifetaps were unresistable and then it was nerfed. I was just wondering what is the resist rate of the lifetap line of spells versus raid targets in both Kunark and Velious.

Any info or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

wiki is showing -200 MR for the higher level lifetaps. pretty badass
