Change cursor?

Is there a way to replace the default "white" cursor arrow? I can't seem to delete/replace the arrow.cur file in the UI/Default location. If I replace it, it automatically reverts back the the original cursor.

Ok, so after messing around for quite some time I figured out that it is the Duxaui that I am using. I copy and pasted the custom cursor into every UI file. So while in game if I load skin to default or Velious, The custom cursor appears. But when I load skin Duxa, it reverts to the standard white arrow (even though I copy and pasted the custom arrow.cur Into the Duxa file. Has anyone using the Duxa UI been able to change the cursor?

Delete the arrow file in the UI folder first.
