I think Ogre was the worst. The old models were fat, funny, oafish, and had tons of personality. The Luclin models just made them boring, generic and bland.

The Luclin models took all the charm and personality out of the game.

The troll models themselves weren't horrible. The troll animations for running and 1hs/2hs were absolutely abysmal though.

Iksar is easily number 1 worst remake. There look too monstrous in Luclin+ IMO. It's ok for SK or War...but it doesn't work is well with monk and necro which are way more common for the race anyway.
The old iksar were way better than the new ones, thankfully all the models are optional.
