I just don't understand why this is happening. I can play any other game I want just fine, stream Netflix or download things just fine. My internet is working fine. Except for this game.

Probably due to a provider route on P99's side...

think of it like this....

you have a car (internet)... you can drive anywhere (netflix, amazon, etc).... but the road (route) that P99 lives on is... under construction... it's causing traffic jams (packet loss)... P99's drive way is probably fine... but the the road to get there is jammed up. On top of that... he might be the only one who lives on this road.... so you only have an issue when trying to get to HIS house. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

vpn does fix as long as i set it to be a location than my normal location

There was a server message saying the server was coming down in 15 minutes which is now. It said 30-60 minute downtime.

Same, except for me it's worse now

Yeah, whatever happened this morning made this problem significantly worse. Even after trying 19 times to get to the character select screen, i get the spells outdated (they arent) message or the account appears 100% blank

I am not having issues like that. 9/10 I get errors trying to connect "unknown error" etc. Once I do get in latency seems a little higher than normal. But then I zone I DC. Before it was maybe half as bad, now it's just unplayable.

There's a thread on this in the Technical Discussion forums as well. The patch didn't fix anything, one member is having ATT come out and look at it.
