reduced 'teal' con mob exp for beta
I recently compared the experience from a teal con and a blue con of very near level. The teal appeared to give dramatically reduced exp, in the area of about 7.5% compared to the blue.
Is it just me, or are they possibly not scaling properly to the 10x bonus? Compared to classic or p99 it seems different. I've been forced to avoid them when hunting. I realize this probably doesn't apply to the live version, but it might help testers level. | ||

This is working as intended - light blue mobs didn't exist in classic and so they would have been green, and therefore give no exp. Until they can remove light blue as a con colour they give significantly reduced exp. They could have made them give no exp at all but I think uthgaard said that would have led to a violent revolution or something (given how often the population bitches about classic changes this wouldn't surprise me).
