Spell landing message

Having an issue with my spell text. I can see when I cast but can't see when it lands. For example when I cast Visions of Grandeur I see the text "Your begin casting Visions of Grandeur". What I don't see is "Soandso experiences Visions of Grandeur". I've looked ar all filters, in all my windows and can't seem to locate the problem. Any ideas?

Range? As in, are you close enough?

Doesn't show up even when I cast on myself.

Not getting spells worn off messages either. Filter is enabled to go in main window but not showing up, think it may be server-side?

In the options under the filter tab, did you disable PC Spells?
