Stuff is mising

When I installed Titanium, per forum instructions, I subsequently extracted the P99 zip file to the directory where Titanium is installed. None of the files that the instructions say to remove were found in the folder at all.

The net result is that when I attempt to log in, I get no server list at all, and there is nowhere else to go but back to the login screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I used the launchtitanium.bat to try to play.
