Velious Testing Super List: Quests, Crafting, Misisng Items

Slyexis is taking a break this summer so I'm taking over updating this list as people continue to work on them. I'm changing the formatting slightly but for the most part it remains the same. I mainly copied his list but did not go through every post so please update any missing information and PM me so I can make the change here. If you are working on quests please use the format below and send me a PM with the information as well as posting in this thread (as I won't check it 24/7 but I get emails when I get PMs).
