Back in 99, having never played a mmorpg, I was in Toxxulia forest where a skeleton and decaying skeleton look exactly the same. I died horribly and confusedly many times to the skeleton before I noticed the difference. Other Erudites were laughing at me because of all my corpses and I became a dwarf.

So, whoever made many (most?) of the mobs look exactly the same but not really be the same I hate the most. And, probably on some level, I still do.
