P99 is a lot like the Silicon Valley show on HBO where they have a great product but no idea how to manage it or deliver it properly. Except Richard is Rogean and he left the company without showing up to board meetings any more and left everyone without a quorum to be able to make any company decisions.

it is possible that "The Staff" refers to a RNG phenomenon where double-attack proc t-staff ended the psychological "Brother-Man-Bill" complex built up within the system and it's output was definatively posted obscurely (can this happen?)... only chaboo can tell... im sure he will comment when he's done with his nacho libre make-up and trump tan....
