Out of date files every start

Hello!

I've been having some issues that started today regarding out of date spell files. I've downloaded and re-applied the most recent patch, but every time I restart P99 my spell files are out of date.

Is there something I missing? I feel like having to extract the patch every time I start P99 isn't correct, I haven't had any issues until now.

I tried googling to see if there was another topic about this but I didn't see one.
