Disconnect problem

I created a first account in the name of "Malvadia"

Step 1 - Create an Account Forum
You have successfully created and verified a forum account.

Step 2 - Account Links
You have skipped the binding of the EQEmulator account.

Step 3 - Account Security
You have successfully linked an SMS number to your account.

Step 4 - Connection Account
You have successfully created a Loginserver account(s).

So far all was well!

But, I could not connect to the game. I got an error "DB Error - Invalid password"

I then created a new account in the name of "Malva"

Step 1 - Create an Account Forum

You ignored the SMS verification.

Step 4 - Connection Account
You have successfully created a Loginserver account (s).

I can't use my phone number for SMS verification because I had already used it for the previous account.

Currently, I can connect to the game, but I am disconnected from the server every 5 minutes.

I have two questions.

Can you (or I) delete my first account (Malvadia"), so that I will be able to use my phone number for SMS verification on the new one I created?

Do you have ideas and tips to give me for my disconnect problem ?
