Large sewing kit

As a low level DE where can I pickup a large sewing kit? I can't seem to recall from my EQ days and couldn't find one in Neriak.

I had another player get one for me in FP. You can also spend a couple hours doing the Note for Rebby faction quest that will enable you to trade with most Merchants in EFP.

That's more than a couple of hours sometimes - my half elf RZ bard was still unable to faction up after a few hour sessions of doing it, not sure if he could trade with vendors or not but certainly going from apprehensive to indifferent or whatever took forever.
