Well i guess it is easier to write it off as my issue rather than admit there could be some fundamental problems with the way the structures you enjoy actually work.

fwiw, bread lines are only a prominent feature of the upper left because virtually every authoritarian government that risen on the left has spawned from a marxist revoltardation that involved the dregs offing the intelligentsia. no bread lines if you don't get rid of the people who know how to do stuff or grossly mis-allocate resources by liek putting teachers to work farming.
